Verifiable Procurement Parameters

Published fixed values are separated from project variables. Fees, revision rounds and trade terms without a public universal value must be written into a traceable commercial quotation or sample order before work starts.

Specification scope
Perfume, fragrance mist, body-care products and gift-set combinations; fill size and set composition follow channel needs
Formulation approach
Select a mature fragrance, adjust an existing direction or develop from an olfactive brief; fragrance documents and target concentration are confirmed
Packaging options
Bottle, pump, cap, insert, carton, gift bag and shipping case are evaluated as one packaging system
Published MOQ
The published standard MOQ starts at 5,000 units/bottles and is calculated by individual SKU, formula, shade and packaging system. If packaging or bulk-production minimums are higher, the formal quotation governs. No universal public maximum is stated.
First-sample cycle
The first direction sample normally takes 7–10 days after the brief, target market, formula direction and available packaging are confirmed. Efficacy testing, stability, new tooling and custom packaging are outside this window.
Sample fee
There is no universal public sample price. Before work starts, the sample quotation must separately state the sample fee, courier cost, third-party testing and any credit mechanism. An item not stated in writing is not charged by default.
Revision rounds
There is no universal number of free revisions. The sample quotation must state included rounds. Added shades, a changed formulation approach, a redefined brief or replacement packaging is handled as a change with a revised quotation and schedule.
Refund & sample approval
Refund, credit and cancellation terms must be written into the sample quotation or order; the website makes no unconditional refund promise. A version-controlled signed/sealed sample is the production reference and does not replace batch release or applicable testing.
Testing & files
As applicable: fragrance/ingredient files, IFRA and allergen information, stability and packaging compatibility, finished-product testing and batch-release files
Production lead time
The published standard mass-delivery window is 15–30 days, starting after the approved sample, packaging/label artwork, order and payment terms are fully frozen. Custom packaging, efficacy or stability testing, retesting and customer changes update the schedule.
Quotation validity period
Each formal commercial quotation must state currency, tax boundary, expiry date and exclusions. The website does not impose one universal validity period; expiry, raw-material/exchange-rate/freight movement or a changed brief requires reconfirmation.
Incoterms
EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP can be assessed by project. There is no default term. The quotation must state the Incoterms version, rule, named place/port and responsibility for transport, insurance, customs and taxes.
Applicable markets
Destination country, concentration, label language, allergens, dangerous-goods transport and importer duties require market-by-market review
Parameter evidence boundary
Published fixed values are: MOQ from 5,000 units/bottles, 7–10 days for a first direction sample and 15–30 days for standard mass delivery. Fees, rounds, refund/credit, quotation validity and trade terms are project-specific written values and are not commitments before confirmation.

Public parameters last reviewed: 2026-07-31. The mutually confirmed quotation, approved-sample record and purchase order govern the final transaction.
