4. Retention periods
- General inquiries: up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. If a project reaches sampling, contracting, or delivery, records may be kept for up to 24 months after project completion.
- Security rate-limit data: an IP address is used only to limit short-term repeat submissions. The current in-memory window is about 15 minutes and may clear sooner when an instance restarts.
- Delivery logs: we retain only the request ID, channel, and success or failure result needed for diagnostics; the application does not log the full inquiry message.
- Mandatory records: contracts, orders, tax, product-compliance, or dispute records are retained for periods required by applicable law.
At the end of the applicable period, data is deleted or anonymized unless an unresolved dispute, regulatory request, or lawful preservation duty requires limited further retention.

We limit international processing to website operation, inquiry delivery, and international project communication, and use contractual controls, access restrictions, and data minimization. By selecting the Privacy Policy checkbox and submitting the form, you ask us to process and deliver the inquiry as described in this policy.
